NetSuite’s SuiteCloud Integrates with Silverpop’s Engage B2B Platform

New integration leverages Silverpop Engage B2B’s fully integrated lead-to-sale reporting

Silverpop has announced the integration of its Engage B2B (formerly Vtrenz) platform with NetSuite.

This new integration leverages Silverpop Engage B2B’s fully integrated lead-to-sale reporting to put true financial metrics at marketers’ fingertips, assist in planning more effective marketing strategies, and demonstrate marketing ROI with reporting and analytics that follow leads from first click to revenue won.

In addition, the solution provides a transparent sync of customer and prospect contact data across NetSuite and Engage B2B. Marketers can access a custom lead-score record in NetSuite populated with various components of a contact's score as calculated in Silverpop Engage B2B, allowing users to report and/or search contacts and sort or filter their score or rank within NetSuite to prioritize new contacts for follow-up.

The integration also enables sales representatives to view complete customer records, including support cases, billing issues and more real-time business intelligence. Specific custom fields have been created on the “Contact” tab in NetSuite to alert sales representatives for follow-up per marketing-defined sales alerts within Engage B2B's lead-management feature.

Built using the NetSuite Business Operating System (NS-BOS)─the development platform that is part of NetSuite’s SuiteCloud Ecosystem─the new integration adds key B2B marketing functionality to NetSuite’s business management software suite of Accounting/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Ecommerce. The joint solution gives businesses the ability to seamlessly score sales leads, nurture them through the pipeline and measure campaign return on investment.

Silverpop is a member of NetSuite’s SuiteCloud Developer Network, a multitiered program for commercial software developers that enables them to quickly go to market with new on-demand business applications that leverage the power of NetSuite’s suite of business applications.
